These forms are applications for a permit to possess ONLY. Applicants must already hold a firearms licence and relevant endorsement.

Please refer to each form for information about how to submit your application.

Pistols, restricted weapons, prohibited firearms, or prohibited magazines

Use this form to apply for a permit to possess a pistol, restricted weapon, prohibited firearm, or prohibited magazine.

You must already have the appropriate endorsement on your firearms licence.

The approval of a permit must be completed by your local Arms Office prior to any transfer of the items listed above.

Pistol carbine conversion kit (PCCK)

Use this form to apply for a permit to possess a PCCK.

You must already have the appropriate endorsement on your firearms licence.

You must have a permit to possess the pistol that will be used with the PCCK, before you apply for a permit to possess the PCCK.
